Stefan Bull - Senior Pastor
Stefan is married to Helen, with children Nathan & Katie. Stefan trained as a scientist at Sydney University before working in the Pharmaceutical Industry. After training at Moore College, Stefan planted a church in Sydney's South West and then came to Caringbah. He loves good coffee, time with the family, squash and motorsport of all kinds. He is also passionate about people and has a deep desire that all people know the love and mercy of God found in Jesus.

Andrew Levy - Assistant Minister
Andrew is the new assistant minister at St Phils, having graduated from Moore College last year. He is called, loved and kept by Jesus (Jude 1-2) and by some extraordinary gift is married to the wonderful Jess. In Christian terms, he enjoys ministering to young adults and going to church in the evening, which by the benevolence of his boss Stefan are his responsibilities at church.

Janice Ackland - Seniors' Ministry
Janice is married to James and they have three adult children, Ben, Emily & Joshua, & 2 grandchildren. She enjoys reading, craft, afternoon teas & bush walking. Janice is responsible for caring for the more senior members of our congregation & pastoral care and Woolooware Shores Retirement Village.

Marion Woodhouse - Seniors' Ministry
Marion is married to Ian and joined the St Philip's Seniors Ministry team in December 2007. Marion continues her work in the administration area of Goodhew Gardens at Woolooware Shores but is now also responsible for caring for the more senior members of the congregation at St Philips and is involved in pastoral care at Woolooware Shores.

Mike Begbie - Youth Minister
Mike grew up in Parramatta and worked in retail for 2 years before training in Youth Ministry at Anglican Youthworks College. He and his wife Amelia are expecting their first child. Mike completed his Theological degree at Sydney Missionary & Bible College. Mike is responsible for the Youth Programme and he runs the Youth Service at 5pm on Sundays and various youth activities on Friday nights.

Jon Guyer - Student Minister
Jon is our student minister at St Phils and joined the ministry staff in January 2008. As a student minister, Jon is part-time at St Phils while completing Bible College. He is involved primarily with church on Sunday evenings, including preaching, leading, and welcoming; as well as ministering to senior youth on Friday evenings.

Bruce Ballantine-Jones - Associate Minister
Bruce is married to Heather and has 3 adult children and 11 grandchildren. Bruce joined the staff team at St Phil's in early 2007 after 28 years as the senior minister of a large and active ministry at Jannali. He is mainly involved in preaching and teaching at our various services and assisting the Senior Minister in planning and strategy work.
Kevin Engel - Seniors' Ministry
Kevin is married to Dorothy with 3 adult children, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He has a theological & accountancy background (FCPA); worked for 17 years in Tanzania as a Missionary. He has a wide range of international friends & consultations.
Tony Tress - Seniors' Ministry
Tony is married to Gaye with 2 adult children and 2 granddaughters. He is retired from head of Anglicare Chaplaincy. Tony is working as Chaplain to Woolooware Shore Retirement Village and assisting in Seniors' ministry at St Phil's.

Larissa Taylor - Children's Minister
Larissa is married to Mark. She loves spending time with Mark and her family. She loves a good chat over coffee or just spending time with people. Larissa's responsibilities are pastoring the children and families at St Phil's. She has the pleasure of teaching scripture in local schools and organising children's events at the church throughout the year.

Mark Taylor - MTS
Mark is married to Larissa, who he loves spending time with. He enjoys playing sport (mostly soccer and surfing) and playing guitar. Mark is part of the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS) which is on-the-job ministry training based on prayer, Bible study and practical ministry. His main ministries include the 10am Sunday Celebration service, Music ministry, Bible studies and leadership training.

Mike Hall - MTS
Mike is married to Helen, and they both grew up here at St Phils. He enjoys playing, watching and talking about sport especially rugby union, soccer and American football. He also loves hanging out with Helen and their dog Buster. Mike is part of the Ministry Training Strategy (MTS). Mike spends his time at church studying the bible, praying and training in ministry as he grows in knowledge and love of Jesus.
