Alex Zunica (Assistant Minister, Maturity and Membership)

Alex is responsible for helping both newcomers integrate into our church (Membership) and helping all our church grow towards maturity in the knowledge and love of Christ (Maturity). Practically, this means Alex is responsible for co-ordinating and equipping our Bible Fellowship Groups, Pastoral Care Teams and Welcoming and Follow-up Teams. Alex was found by Jesus while he was studying Accounting and Commerce at Wollongong Uni. This completely changed his plans. After working for 5 years as a Accountant and Business Analyst, he trained for 2 years as a Ministry Apprentice here at St Phils, and then went on to study Theology at Moore College. He graduated in 2010, and was then ordained as an Anglican Minister. Alex is married to Liz and they have two beautiful daughters named Josie and Lucy.
