TRAINING IN MINISTRY (TriM)

The Training in Ministry (TriM) team is made up of members of St Phils and their focus is to resource, equip and encourage Christians to further service of the Lord Jesus Christ.

They have supported a range of initiatives over the years through the allocation of funds to allow leaders in our church to attend training conferences and are also involved in the support of important ministries beyond our parish borders.

TriM also allocates resources to finance the Ministry Trainees at St Phils, particularly in helping them with their courses and study at theological college. Currently at St Phils we have 5 Ministry Trainees who are studying at YouthWork College this year to train specifically in the areas of Children’s and Youth Ministry.
